Spring Volleyball Training Tournament

Description: Each training season we host a 2 hour training tournament where players will compete in a series of mini games and competitions. Players can join up alone or with one or two friends, but expect to play with a mix of people over the night.

Some small gift card prizes will be given to tournament MVP and Most improved trainee.

Spring Volleyball Team Tournament

  • When – May 24th, 2026
  • Format – 6-on-6 Co-Ed Volleyball (Min 2 players of each gender on the court)
  • Length – 4x Hours (2-6PM)
  • Fully Refereed
  • Location: Ottawa Technical Secondary School

Description: We are testing out running small volleyball tournaments between seasons in this space.

Format will be an 8 team round robin followed by 2-3 playoff games. Within the tournament you will play single matches to 25 points each (20 minute allotted for each) – most breaks will be 20 minutes long but you will likely have one 40 minute break in the playoff hour)

Teams will a round robin in their division, then a seeded quarterfinal, semi final, and then finals against the opposing division.

There will be prizes to the top three in gift cards and some small snacks and drinks available to purchase

We will take 8 upper rec teams for this first tournament test.

Summer 2026 Soccer Team Tournament – Co-Ed and Women’s

  • When – TBD (end of Aug – Early Sept 2026)
  • Format – 7-on-7 Co-Ed Soccer (Min 2 players of each gender on the court) and 7-on-7 Women’s Soccer
