Sunday Co-Ed Outdoor Turf Soccer (Downtown)


  • When – May 26th, 2024 – Aug 25th, 2024
  • Length – 12 Weeks/12 Games
  • Where – Matt Anthony Field
  • Format – 7-on-7 co-ed (2 male/2 female minimum)
  • Level – Div 1/2/3 beginner rec through intermediate play
  • Length – 1.5 Hour (90 min) Games
  • Times – Rotating 2PM, 3:30PM Starts, possible 12:30/5PM added if over capacity
  • Fully Refereed
  • Playoffs with Prize Support ($200 towards jerseys or registration for 1st in each div, plus trophy prize to top three)
  • Sportsmanship-rewards prizes to all teams
  • End of Season Party

Description:     This league will have three divisions ranging from beginner to intermediate, fully refereed with staff managing all field setup and take-down. Teams will be evaluated over the first four weeks to ensure division parity. All games will be at uOttawa’s Matt Anthony Field with free parking passes on site provided.

Sunday Co-Ed Outdoor Turf/Grass Soccer (West)


  • When – May 26th, 2024 – Aug 25th, 2024
  • Length – 12 weeks/12 games (No games June 30th or Aug 4th)
  • Where – Algonquin Turf, Ben Franklin Grass
  • Format – 7-on-7 Co-ed (2 Male/Female Min)
  • Level – Mixed Recreational
  • Length – 1.5 Hours (90 min) Games
  • Times – 3:45-5:15PM games at Algonquin (7/12), Ben Franklin 4:00-5:30 possible (5/12)
  • Fully Refereed
  • Playoffs with Prize Support ($200 towards jerseys or registration for 1st in each div, plus trophy prize to top three)
  • Sportsmanship-rewards prizes to all teams
  • End of Season Party

Description:  This league is a mixed recreational community that leans towards lower division play. It has normally played at Craig Henry Park or Ben Franklin Grass in the past, we are moving to Algonquin Turf this year to improve the quality of play. Unfortunately it’s only available for 7 of the 12 weeks, so the remaining 5 games will be at Ben Franklin Grass, including all of the August matches.

Tuesday Women’s Outdoor Turf Soccer

  • Length – 14 Weeks/14 games, 75x Mins each
  • Where – Lees Turf
  • Format – 7-on-7 Womens
  • Level – Beginner Recreational, Upper Recreational, Intermediate
  • Times – Rotating 7PM, 8:20PM, 9:40PM Starts
  • Fully Refereed
  • Playoffs with Prize Support ($200 towards jerseys or registration for 1st in each div, plus trophy prize to top three)
  • Sportsmanship-rewards prizes to all teams
  • End of Season Party

Description:     This league will have two to three women’s divisions, fully refereed. Teams will be evaluated over the first four weeks to ensure division parity. All 75 minute games.

  • Length – 14 Weeks/14 games, 1.5 hour/90 Minute Games
  • Where – Lees Turf
  • Format – 7-on-7 Co-Ed (2 male, 2 female on field minimum)
  • Level – Beginner Recreational, Upper Recreational, Intermediate
  • Times – 6PM, 730PM Starts
  • Fully Refereed
  • Playoffs with Prize Support ($200 towards jerseys or registration for 1st in each div, plus trophy prize to top three)
  • Sportsmanship-rewards prizes to all teams
  • End of Season Party

Description:     This league will have three co-ed divisions, fully refereed. Teams will be evaluated over the first four weeks to ensure division parity. Free parking passes for Lees parking lot will be provided to all players. All 90 minute games.

Thursday Co-Ed Indoor Turf Soccer (East)


  • When – May 30th, 2024 – Aug 29th, 2024
  • Length – 14 Weeks/14 Games
  • Where – Louis Riel Dome, Hornet’s Nest Superdome,
  • Format – 7-on-7 Co-ed (2 Male/Female Min)
  • Level – Beginner Recreational, Upper Recreational, Intermediate
  • Length – 1.5 Hour Games (90 Minutes)
  • Times – Rotating 6:30/8:00PM Starts
  • Fully Refereed
  • Playoffs with Prize Support ($200 towards jerseys or registration for 1st in each div, plus trophy prize to top three)
  • Sportsmanship-rewards prizes to all teams
  • End of Season Party

Description:     This league will have 3 or 4 fully refereed co-ed divisions. Teams will be evaluated over the first four weeks to ensure division parity. All games will be at either Hornet’s Nest or Louis Riel dome (indoor, turf) or an east end outdoor grass field – teams can pick a homefield preference. We are removing Lester B Pearson this year, but still considering grass options if we can find a good one. If nothing suitable is found this will be a 100% indoor turf league this year. All 90 minute games.
