Summer 2026 Soccer Team Tournament – Co-Ed and Women’s

  • When – August 29th, 2026
  • Format – 7-on-7 Co-Ed Soccer (Min 2 players of each gender on the court) and 7-on-7 Women’s Soccer
  • Length – 18-25 minute games, goal of 2.25 – 2.75 hours of playtime total per team.
  • Times: 11AM – 5PM
  • Fully Refereed

Description:

Ottawa Rec Sports will be hosting a big end of summer tournament for Women’s and co-ed teams this year at uOttawa.

We are also looking to start a tradition of Ottawa Rec Sports STAFF vs PLAYERS game at the end of the night. The players team will be made up of select players from our leagues that we feel most represent our skills and values. STAFF team must be players who have worked at least 10 hours for us in the last year.

Tournament will either be 18 or 25 minute games depending on total size, with a goal of about 2.5 – 2.75 hours of play per team (4-7 games), including a round robin and playoffs.

We will have food available for purchase on site, some prizes, probably a raffle, and we will look at a few other features to entertain teams between games (potentially a soccer training area where people can meet our training staff)

 

Cost:

  • Teams – $353.98 + TAX ($400.00 Total)
  • Individuals – $35.39 + TAX ($40.00 Total)
  • Groups – Individual fee * number of players

Spring Volleyball Training Tournament

Description: Each training season we host a 2 hour training tournament where players will compete in a series of mini games and competitions. Players can join up alone or with one or two friends, but expect to play with a mix of people over the night.

Some small gift card prizes will be given to tournament MVP and Most improved trainee.

Cost:

  • Groups – Individual fee times number of players
