Description

Volleyball training will continue this Fall – a great place for beginner and upper rec to develop their skills.

Each week will feature a mix of drills with focus shifting from positioning, bumping, setting, spiking, serving, and any other skill you need to start developing your game!

This season we will be offering the option to join for the full training season (2 hours/week) or you can pay the drop in to join individual nights

Description

Sunday Soccer Training will continue this Fall starting at the end of September. Great for anyone who wants to brush up on their soccer skills, learn the fundamentals of the game and be more prepared going into a soccer season, or just for getting back into playing shape!

• Co-ed Soccer Training – This program offers  weeks of skills and development. You will be sharing the field with a licensed coach and expert trainer to learn how to improve your skills and work on the fundamentals of soccer. We’ll have a mix of drills + structured matches while being coached to help improve your game!
• Women’s Soccer Training – This program offers  weeks of skills and development. You will be sharing the field with a licensed coach and expert trainer to learn how to improve your skills and work on the fundamentals of soccer. We’ll have a mix of drills + structured matches while being coached to help improve your game!
• Combine Training with League games! This season we will be offering a special package deal to come out and train and then participate with fellow trainees as a team in our womens or co-ed leagues that run adjacent to training.

Kyle will be running this training program with a focus on intermediate skills for those who feel like their fundamentals are strong and they’d like to take the next step to advance their skills.

This is a new intermediate training program meant to be a graduating space for when you want to push yourself to a higher level after you feel the improvements you’re getting out of beginner training are starting to plateau.
