Sunday Volleyball Training Program
- When – Dec 7th, 2025 – Feb 22nd, 2026
- Times: 2-4PM Every Sunday
- Location – Ottawa Technical Secondary School
- Programs: Co-ed Volleyball Mixed Skills
- Length – 2 Hours
Description
Volleyball training will continue thisfall – a great place for beginners to start building your fundamental skills to participate in matches, and for recreational players to practice and refine.
Each week will feature a mix of drills with focus shifting from positioning, bumping, setting, spiking, serving, and any other skill you need to start developing your game!
Training runs in Seasons – you can join for single nights or for the full season, and each season ends with a training mini tournament (Nov 23rd for Fall 2025)

Sunday Soccer Training Program (Indoor Turf)

- Times: 6-7PM Weekly
- Location – La Fonderie
- 11 Week Season
- Programs: Co-ed Soccer Mixed Skills, Women’s Soccer Mixed skills

- Length – 55 Minutes
Description
Sunday Soccer Training will continue this Winter. Great for anyone who wants to brush up on their soccer skills, learn the fundamentals of the game and be more prepared going into a soccer season, or just for getting back into playing shape!
- Co-ed Soccer Training – This program offers 11 weeks of skills and development. You will be sharing the field with a licensed coach and expert trainer to learn how to improve your skills and work on the fundamentals of soccer. We’ll have a mix of drills + structured matches while being coached to help improve your game!
- Women’s Soccer Training – This program offers 11 weeks of skills and development. You will be sharing the field with a licensed coach and expert trainer to learn how to improve your skills and work on the fundamentals of soccer. We’ll have a mix of drills + structured matches while being coached to help improve your game!
